Level 1
30 minutes Class size 4
In this beginner level the student will learn correct body position, propulsion (kick), mobility (paddle). Child will be progressed to freestyle arms in this level. Back float and back scull are mastered in this level. Water Safety skills are introduced.
Level 2
30 minutes Class size 4
In this level the basic fundamentals of freestyle with (side) lateral breathing is introduced. Backstroke is taught in this level. Water safety skills are continued.
Level 3
30 minutes Class size 5
This level will develop bilateral breathing in freestyle and continue backstroke techniques. Breaststroke technique is started along with streamline starts, tumble turns and backstroke finishes. Standing dive techniques are introduced here. Water safety skill of survival backstroke is taught in this level.
Level 4
30 minutes Class size 8
This level will consolidate all previous skills over further distances with the introduction butterfly stroke.
Level 5
45 minutes Class size 8
Mini squad level working on increased strength and stamina and the introduction of drills.
Level 6
60 minutes Class size 8
One hour swimming training, pace work, race work and drill work.
