How it works:
When you notify us your child cannot make it to class, we can use that spot for another child to do their make up. This is why it is so important to let us know if you are not able to attend.
- Two replacement lessons offered per term if Notification of Absence is given as below:
- 8.30am for mid week morning lessons
- 3.15pm for midweek afternoon lessons
- 8am for Saturday morning lessons
- Text to 0402 093 384 with child’s name and class time or leave a message on the answering machine
- Make up lessons must be taken within the term
- Cancelled make ups are forfeited with no refund
- Make up lessons are not guaranteed and cannot be rescheduled.
- Make up lessons do not replace normal lessons or reduce your next payment.
