New Bookings: Bookings can be taken over the phone with full payment by credit card. Bookings can also be done at Reception by completing an enrolment form and making full payment required at the time of booking. Bookings can also be made via the website, completing the enrolment form online.
FAMILY DISCOUNTS: 5% SECOND SWIMMER, 10% THIRD SWIMMER
RE-ENROLMENTS
$50.00 deposit taken in week 8 to secure your booking. Full balance due by Week 2 of the new term.
Payment can be made by Cash, Eftpos or credit card
MAKE UP POLICY
- Make up lessons do not replace normal lessons or reduce your next payment
- Two make ups offered per term if Notification of Absence is given as below:
- 8.30am for mid week morning lessons
- 3.15pm for midweek afternoon lessons
- 8am for Saturday morning lessons
- Phone the Swim School or leave a message on the answering machine
- Make up must be taken within the term
- Cancelled makeups -notice must be given before the times stated above.
- Make up lessons are not guaranteed.
REFUNDS
All payments to the Centre are non-refundable. Refunds must be made in writing stating the reason. Credit will be held for outstanding amounts and will need to be used within 6 months.
An administration fee of $10.00 applies to all credits.
