Senior Squad – a one hour swim session

Coach says “Students are required to increase their endurance as they become more skilled in their swim techniques”.

This is a 60-minute program.

Consists of Warm up, warm down, slow swimming, fast swim, medium paced swimming, endurance swimming, survival swimming, Dive starts, streamline starts, correct technique turns and finishes.

Program includes:

Freestyle

Backstroke

Breaststroke

Butterfly

Individual Medley

Team Medley

Team Relays

Long distance swimming
